After several nights of waking up during the night and not being able to return to sleep, I decided to try some sleep gummies. I did my research, talked with my son who grows hemp and decided up these sleep gummies. They have been working. Though I still wake up once a night, for a bathroom break, I fall back asleep quickly and sleep through the night. As a 74 year old, I can recommend you try them if this works with your other meds and doctors advice.
