Using the Medterra Pain Relief lotions and roll-ons has helped me become one of the best in Northern and all of California according to Coaches, Players and Parents (and other Officials). They help me hustle to get into position and are a huge help when you don't have a lot of time to stretch. You pump out a small out into your palm or straight on your skin and rub it in. Its a small smell that you hardly notice for like a minute then it goes away while any aches you may have had is gone and you are ready to roll. I got a subscription to make sure I never miss it. You can never have enough.
