I needed help falling asleep at night, but these gummies didn't work consistently for me. I needed something stronger, so I switched to the Deep Sleep gummies, and they did the trick. I also didn't like the sugar coating on these—I don't want to eat extra sugar, certainly not before bed. The Deep Sleep ones don't have that coating.
